American Infrastructure & Tower (AIT) offers consulting services related to radio tower and antenna site construction and modification. Our commercial clients typically lean on us when they encounter a unique situation, need to modify a tower, or if they are working in a new market. For municipal clients, we provide a full suite of consulting services to ensure your tower site is located and built in conformance with all applicable regulations, standards, and best-practices.
The scale of these services varies widely by client. Some customers want assistance in drafting a solid request-for-proposals & vetting contractors for qualification; others want a company to perform Phase I and II environmental assessments and file antenna structure registration with the FCC. AIT offers all of the expertise needed to build a radio tower as well as construction management when desired.
At this time, AIT does not specialize in site acquisition or radio-frequency (RF) engineering but we maintain a list of qualified vendors when the need arises.
